Business Support Packages

Helpful HR offer simple, straightforward options, which can be tailored to the individual needs of your business:

  • HR Retainer Package – For when you need regular HR support to make sure you’re compliant on all employment matters. The support provided is tailored to your needs in a retained contract where you buy a certain number of hours for the year. You can then access those hours throughout the year, spreading the cost and helping you to manage your cash-flow.
  • PAYG Services – For when you want a flexible package and want access to HR support as and when you need it, invoiced on a monthly basis.
  • HR Projects – For when you have a particular project you need support with, or you need an experienced HR professional to lead. This may include policy and / or contract reviews, dispute resolution, restructuring or redundancy projects, recruitment, reward and benefits.
HR Team Plus Package

In addition to the business support packages we offer, we also offer a bespoke service for in-house HR teams. If your in-house HR team needs additional outsourced HR support for a short-term increase in workload or a project, Helpful HR can help.
